⚠️ MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT: An un-edited unboxing video (recorded continuously from opening the sealed courier box to inspecting the saree) is strictly required to process any exchange or damage claim. Claims without an un-edited unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Custom-stitched blouses and personalized sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes. Every Kainara saree is woven from 100% pure, certified fabrics including pure Bemberg Chiffon, pure Silk, pure Georgette, and natural Mulberry Organza. We strictly do not use polyester or synthetic blend imitations.

We ship insured express worldwide:

• India Domestic: 3-5 business days via BlueDart Air / Delhivery.
• International Express (UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia): 4-7 business days via DHL Express / FedEx.
• Custom Blouse Stitching: Adds 3-5 additional tailoring days prior to dispatch.

Shipping fees paid at checkout cover express transit. International import duties, taxes, or local VAT (if levied by destination customs authorities) are the responsibility of the recipient upon parcel arrival.

Dry clean only. Store your saree in a cool, dry wardrobe wrapped in breathable cotton garment covers or archival paper. Never spray perfumes, body mists, or water directly onto gold Zardozi wires or hand embroidery.

Iron on low-temperature steam setting on the reverse side only. Place a clean cotton cloth over metallic needlework to avoid direct iron contact with gold threads or sequin embellishments.

Kainara works directly with Master Ramesh and hereditary Karigar families in Jaipur. We pay 300% fair wages directly into artisan accounts and provide 3 weeks of unhurried handcrafting time per piece without agent deductions.
