1. Artisanal Authenticity & Variations
All Kainara garments are genuine hand-dyed and hand-woven pieces crafted by Jaipur master artisans. Minor variations in dye intensity, weave texture, or thread alignment are inherent characteristics of authentic artisanal craft, not defects.
2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST taxes. For international customers, checkout prices are converted transparently based on live exchange rates.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, photography, branding marks, editorial stories, and drape designs featured on this site are exclusive intellectual property of Kainara Studio, Jaipur.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
